How do I return an item?
Oh no! We're so sorry that it didn't work out. But, no worries! We'll get you taken care of. Here's our policy and instructions for sending your return back to us:
We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 days after the purchase date. All items must be in brand new condition unless the item was damaged when you received it. Apparel items must be unwashed and unworn.
To initiate a return or exchange, please do the following:
1) Send an email to returns@technigirl.com with your order number included. Please list which item(s) you would like to return, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you would like an exchange, please indicate what your exchange item(s) are.
2) We will respond within 2 business days and provide you with an RMA number to include with your return shipment.
3) Pack and ship your return.
